Do you ship worldwide?
Right now, we only ship within Australia - we’re focused on serving our local off-road legends first. International options coming soon!
Where do you ship from?
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse partners in Hong Kong, with full tracking provided.
How long will it take to get my order?
Due to high demand (we’ve sold out multiple times!), please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. It’s a wait - but once you unbox it, you’ll know why.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If it’s been 30 days and your rig still hasn’t rocked up, shoot us a message. You’ll be eligible for a full refund - no dramas.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You’ve got 12 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, your crawler’s locked and loaded. Once it arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, and more. Fully secure, fully Aussie-approved.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Nope - we ship direct to Aussie customers, so the price you see is the price you pay. No surprise customs or duties.
Do you accept returns?
Yep. If you’re not happy, just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out - no stress.
What if I get a damaged or incorrect item?
We’ll fix it. Email info@ultimatecrawler.com with your order number, a few photos, and what went wrong. We’ll get you sorted quick-smart.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return. If it hasn’t shown up, check with your bank or card provider.
